Bauer’s Tents & Rentals, Inc. is a rental business that works with the clients to help plan corporate events, weddings, receptions, back-yard parties, festivals, trade-shows, expositions, county & state fairs, church socials, sporting events and every other type of event. Bauer’s Tents & Rentals, Inc. is family owned and operated, six generations strong, that has been serving and providing the Tri-State area for 125 years with quality tent rentals, party accessories and excellent services. Owned and operated by the Shaw family, we pride ourselves in prompt and courteous service at very competitive prices. Our rental service is not limited to the Tri-State, we have provided rental items throughout the mid-western and southern states. The current fifth generation owners Mark and Diane Shaw have continued the family tradition of excellence. They have not only expanded with tents and rentals, they added on a new division to the company, pipe and drape services. These services are geared towards trade-shows, expositions, conventions, and productions. With the sixth generation currently in the business they also plan to carry on the family tradition of Bauer's Tents & Rentals as "The Tri-State's Largest Tent Rental Company!" With size comes savings to you! Being "The Tri-State's Largest Tent Rental Company" not only means that we are making a lot of people happy and thus continuing to grow but it also means that our economy of scale can be passed on to our out most loyal customers. Our tent inventory includes traditional pole tents, fiesta frame style tents, high peaked century style tents and fast structures/temporary shelters. In order to complement our rental inventory we offer a full range of tenting options as well as related equipment and services, such as flooring, lighting, decorative items, heating, cooling, tables, chairs, linens, cathedral sidewall, and production equipment.
