Our current staff has over 25 years of experience with working as a team, satisfying clients, and dealing with unexpected weather conditions. We fully realize that due to the nature of our business, we must be available to respond on short notice to our client's demands. For this reason, all of our management team members are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by means of cellular phone. Our staff is always there for you and is knowledgeable and can answer almost all questions you may have or make recommendations to assist you in planning your special event.

Delivery
Bauer's Tents & Rentals offers delivery, set-up, and take
down for tents and rental items for a standard fee. On certain tents and
accessories, the delivery fee can be wavered if you wish to pick-up and return
these items. Your event planner will need
to figure out if your site has any special needs, such as
platforms to level uneven ground, additional facilities or portable
restrooms, so be sure the planner gets a good look at the layout first hand.
Always factor in set-up time and allow for adequate time needed. Delivery charges are based on final
destination. Additional requirements will be subject to additional fees based on
site requirements. 
Upon set-up it is the renter's responsibility to have a
utility company mark said utility line prior to installation date. If the
surface or texture of the premises is not sufficient to hold tents, renter at
his/her expense shall be assessed. A 6% wear & tear charge of total rental
invoice may be accepted 
or declined. If accepted, it releases renter of
responsibility if rental equipment is damaged by certain manners. Wear
& Tear charge does not release renter of responsibility if rental equipment
is missing or destroyed.
Reservation Policy
Bauer's Tents & Rentals, Inc. recommends booking all orders six to eight months prior to the event, to allow for superior planning. You can contact Bauer's Tents & Rentals, Inc. at (812) 867-1040 to speak with an event planner. We would be happy to set-up an appointment with you to answer and discuss any questions you may have. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday appointments are available by request only. Upon reservation a contract is delivered requiring a 30% deposit down within 10 days of order placement. Any remaining balance would be due upon set-up. Any changes may be made to your order up to 3 days prior, after the 3 day notice additions are only allowed. In the event of cancellation, 50% of invoice total is due if canceled prior to 72 hours of installation date. Full payment of invoice total is due if canceled less than 72 hours of installation date.
